If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We hope you enjoy our products us much as we do. However, it is important to read our returns and exchanges policy before making any purchases.

If you need to refund or exchange an item, please call us prior to returning the product to us.
The return of frozen goods is conditional on the following.

Frozen goods will only be accepted for credit if:

  • Returned on the same day as delivery, or
  • They are faulty, or
  • Evidence of cold chain integrity can be provided.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars Only (AUD) only.

Brentcorp does not accept returns or give refunds for errors made by you when ordering or for change of mind.
If these conditions aren’t met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
