It is perfect to create customised spice mixes, for savoury dishes
Cayenne pepper is wonderful in vegetable, seafood and meat dishes. Great for spice mixes, seasoned rubs, marinades and hot sauces.
Add some to curries, slow-cooked lamb, grilled prawns, soups and casseroles.
Sprinkle just a little over poached or scrambled eggs.
Add a pinch of cayenne to tomato juice for a peppery drink.
