Edlyn Chocolate Mousse 2KG
A delicious and easy to prepare dessert with rich, full flavours. Edlyn’s Mousse Dessert Mix provides the ideal creative base for traditional or modern desserts.
Directions for use
1. Measure chilled milk or water (2-4°C) and mousse mix in to a bowl. 2. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until combined. 3. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with spatula. 4. Mix on high speed for 6 minutes. 5. Spoon or pipe in to individual dishes. Chill for 1 hour or until set. 6. Garnish as desired and serve.
