Fan Forced Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread Chicken Schnitzels on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning half way through.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread Chicken Schnitzels on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through.
Deep Fry: Preheat to 180°C. Place a small quantity of Chicken Schnitzels in fryer and cook for 4 minutes.
