Pair salmon with a simple combination of olive oil and lemon, or for something more exotic, Asian flavours such as ginger and lemongrass
COOKING GUIDE
PAN FRY
Preheat a non-stick fry pan to a medium heat, adding 5mL olive oil, if desired. Remove thawed salmon portions from packaging and cook for 3 – 4 minutes turning occasionally.
Ensure salmon is cooked all the way through or until piping hot in centre.
OVEN BAKE
Preheat oven to 200°C (or 180°C fan forced). Remove thawed salmon portions from packaging, place in a baking dish and cover with tin foil.
Place baking dish in oven and bake for approximately 12 – 15 minutes. Ensure salmon is cooked all the way through or until pipping hot in centre.
