DUE TO THE AUTHENTIC NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT, SOME OIL SEPARATION MAY OCCUR. WE
RECOMMEND THAT YOU STIR IT WELL BEFORE USAGE.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use within 6 months and store at room temperature. Do not refrigerate and do not store diluted paste.

Ingredients
Water, vegetable oil, spices (11%), desiccated coconut (9%), sugar, tomato paste (5%), salt, ginger, garlic puree, food acids (acetic, lactic),maize flour, dried coriander leaf.


RECIPE SUGGESTION

Lamb Korma : Serves 10
INGREDIENTS
100mL Oil, vegetable
200g KNORR PATAK’S KORMA Paste

2kg Lamb, diced
20g KNORR Vegetable Booster
600mL Cream
500mL Water
20g Coriander, chopped
METHOD

  1. Heat oil in a large pot, add the Knorr Patak’s Korma paste and lightly cook
  2. Add the diced lamb and lightly cook until browned, add the KNORR Vegetable Booster, cream and water and simmer until the meat is
    tender.
  3. Serve and garnish with chopped coriander
    Serving suggestion
    Serve with the steamed basmati rice, naan bread and KNORR PATAK’S Mango Chutney.

    STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT
    ONCE OPENED, USE WITHIN 6 MONTHS AND STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. DO NOT REFRIGERATE AND DO NOT STORE DILUTED PASTE.
