Pacific West Salt & Pepper Squid
Pacific West Salt & Pepper Squid is produced from tender pieces of natural squid, carefully scored to give a unique texture.
They are then coated in our authentic salt and pepper batter for a great spicy taste.
Perfect for any occasion from a Casual Dinner, Corporate Event, Engagement Parties and Weddings
Preheat oven to 220ºC (or 200 ºC fan forced). Place frozen squid on a preheated baking rack and bake for 24 – 26 minutes (or 20 – 22 minutes fan forced) or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
Preheat lightly oiled frypan to medium temperature. Place frozen squid in frypan and cook for 8 – 10 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.
Serve with a warm rice noodle salad with shallots and chilli, or a garlic aioli dipping sauce.
