Serve Wing Nibbles with Our Cucumber and Mint Salsa
Ingredients: 1 Lebanese cucumber, seeded, diced 1/4 cup shredded mint leaves 1/3 cup Greek style yoghurt Method: Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Usage Instructions:
Oven: 1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180C.
2. Remove frozen Wing Nibbles from the pack and place evenly on a lined baking tray.
3. Cook for 20 minutes, turning once.
Deep fry: 1. Preheat oil to 180C.
2. Remove frozen Wing Nibbles from the pack and place in deep fryer oil.
3. Cook for 7 minutes.
